Thanks for writing. Honestly, I do not believe any vendor, including the ones you mentioned, who started as a single tenant or on-premise solution can really switch to multi-tenancy, a prerequisite for cloud success. Multi-tenancy is not a version or something companies can easily switch to. It is a fundamental software architectural change. Please feel to call me or connect on LinkedIn if you need more info.
